Atomcraft Resources

Everything you need to master elements, reactions, machines, and exploration in Atomcraft

Atomcraft is a sandbox crafting game built around pixel-based physics and chemistry. Early progress depends on gathering materials, controlling temperature, processing resources, and protecting machinery from dangerous reactions.

1

Learn Movement and Interaction

Use the movement, aiming, interaction, inventory, and placement controls introduced by the in-game prompts. Practice picking up materials and placing objects before building larger systems.

2

Gather Basic Resources

Explore the surrounding environment and collect accessible ores and other raw materials. Keep different materials organized so they can be processed without contaminating production lines.

3

Identify Material States

Materials can appear as solids, liquids, or gases and may react differently when heated, cooled, or combined. Check the material information before moving it into machinery.

4

Start Smelting

Apply controlled heat to raw ores to produce usable materials. Avoid excessive temperatures because unstable outputs can damage nearby equipment.

5

Craft Basic Components

Use refined materials to create the components required for machines, wiring, and further processing. Prioritize parts that improve gathering and resource production.

6

Build a Simple Processing Line

Connect a material input to heating, filtering, and output sections. A small organized production line is easier to control than several machines placed without a clear route.

7

Control Dangerous Reactions

Separate radioactive or unstable materials from important machinery. Use cooling, filters, sensors, switches, and sufficient space to reduce the risk of a destructive reaction.

8

Work Toward Spaceship Repairs

Turn gathered resources into the processed materials and components needed for progression. Expand automation gradually as spaceship repair objectives require more advanced production.

Quick Tips

  • Check material information before sending it into machinery to avoid destructive reactions.
  • Keep radioactive and unstable materials separated from valuable production equipment.
  • Organize conveyor routes in one clear direction with space for filters and emergency exits.
  • Expand automation gradually as spaceship repair objectives demand more advanced production.

Materials are the foundation of every Atomcraft production system. Their physical state, temperature, stability, and chemical properties determine how they must be gathered, transported, processed, and stored.

Atomcraft reactions depend on the materials entering a system and the conditions applied to them. Successful production requires controlled heating, cooling, separation, routing, and automated safety systems.

Automation lets players move, process, sort, and monitor materials without handling every step manually. The strongest systems combine physical machinery with sensors and logic-based safety controls.

1

Conveyors

Move ores, elements, compounds, and processed materials between machines.

Create one clear direction of travel and leave space for filters or emergency exits.

2

Trapdoors

Open or close material routes and drop items into another processing section.

Connect trapdoors to switches or logic signals when materials need conditional routing.

3

Heaters

Raise material temperatures for smelting, phase changes, and chemical reactions.

Place temperature monitoring near the heated area to prevent destructive overheating.

4

Coolers

Lower temperatures, stabilize outputs, and support reactions that require cooling.

Install cooling after high-temperature processing and around unstable production areas.

5

Filters

Separate selected materials from mixed production outputs.

Give each filtered output its own conveyor route to prevent materials from mixing again.

6

Switches and Wiring

Manually activate machinery and carry control signals between connected components.

Add a master switch that can stop the complete production line during an emergency.

7

Sensors

Detect conditions in a processing system and trigger automatic responses.

Use sensors to stop inputs, activate cooling, or redirect outputs when conditions change.

8

Logic Gates

Combine multiple signals and control machines only when specific conditions are met.

Use logic gates to require safe temperature and available output space before starting a reaction.

Moves raw ore through heating, processing, filtering, and final output sections.

Arrange the line as input conveyor, heating section, filter, separate outputs, and shutdown control.

Produces unstable or radioactive materials while limiting damage to the main factory.

Build the reaction area away from valuable machines and connect remote sensors, cooling, filters, and emergency switches.

Atomcraft equipment determines which resources you can collect and which areas you can safely explore. Early upgrades should improve resource gathering and storage, while later upgrades should focus on deep exploration, mobility, and protection.
